Client Care Adviser – Phone Support

About the role

Join Partners Life’s Client Care team as a Client Care Adviser, the first point of contact for financial advisers and clients. This phone‑based, contact‑centre role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate policy information and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls from advisers and clients.
• Provide accurate policy, product and process information, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle queries and administrative tasks in line with service level agreements and company processes.
• Escalate issues when required and ensure compliance with quality, confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a contact centre, call centre or high‑volume phone‑based customer support environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
