About the role
Join Partners Life’s Client Care team as a Client Care Adviser, the first point of contact for financial advisers and clients. This phone‑based, contact‑centre role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate policy information and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls from advisers and clients.
- Provide accurate policy, product and process information, aiming for first‑call resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle queries and administrative tasks in line with service level agreements and company processes.
- Escalate issues when required and ensure compliance with quality, confidentiality and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in a contact centre, call centre or high‑volume phone‑based customer support environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
