About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead general civils and 3‑waters infrastructure projects in the Wellington region. You will join a leading New Zealand civil contractor, working with a supportive team and enjoying strong job security.
Key responsibilities
- Lead crews and manage daily site operations.
- Plan works and coordinate plant, materials, and resources.
- Oversee health & safety, pre‑starts, and toolbox talks.
- Manage quality, compliance, and project documentation.
Required profile
- Approximately 5+ years of civil infrastructure experience.
- Background in earthworks, 3‑waters or general civils projects.
- Ability to read plans and organise work effectively.
- Strong communication and hands‑on leadership skills.
- Solid health & safety and quality assurance knowledge.
- Valid WTR licence and Class 1‑4 vehicle licence.
- Eligibility for permanent employment in New Zealand.
