About the role
The Chief People Officer will shape and drive the people agenda that underpins EastPack’s ongoing success. Based in the sunny Bay of Plenty, this senior HR leader will oversee a diverse workforce that expands to over 4,000 employees during peak season.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a people strategy aligned with EastPack’s business goals.
- Manage a diverse permanent workforce and a seasonal workforce that can exceed 4,000 staff at peak periods.
- Foster an inclusive culture that supports both permanent and seasonal employees.
Required profile
- Proven senior HR leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse workforces.
- Strong commitment to people‑first values.
