Chief of Staff – Legal AI Scale‑up

About the role

Law Cyborg Limited is a fast‑growing legal AI scale‑up based in Auckland CBD. The Chief of Staff will work side‑by‑side with the CEO to translate the company’s vision into concrete actions and drive the global expansion strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to set priorities, track progress and ensure execution across all functions.
• Lead the planning and rollout of international market entry initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic projects on time and within budget.
• Provide analytical support for decision‑making, including data‑driven insights and performance reporting.
• Represent the executive office in internal and external stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or in a senior operational role within a high‑growth technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to turn strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Strong understanding of scaling businesses, preferably in AI or legal tech.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
