About the role

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of Clarke Group, overseeing a complex multi‑entity property portfolio based in Auckland CBD.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the group finance function across multiple entities.
  • Develop and lead the finance team to enhance performance.
  • Shape finance processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Provide financial insight to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
  • Track record managing finance for property or real‑estate portfolios.
  • Ability to build and develop high‑performing finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA).
