About the role
The Chief Executive will lead Ichor Leadership Search in delivering a bold vision for a suicide‑free Aotearoa. This senior role demands authentic, collaborative, and courageous leadership to steer the organisation through growth and long‑term impact.
Key responsibilities
- Evolve the operating model to support sustainable growth and increased impact.
- Guide organisational transformation to enhance maturity, resilience, and sustainability.
- Provide strategic leadership that aligns with the mission of eliminating suicide in New Zealand.

Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience, preferably at CEO or equivalent level.
