Chief Delivery Officer

About the role

Silverstripe is seeking a visionary Chief Delivery Officer to join its Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the Professional Services function, driving delivery excellence across strategy, design, QA, and development.

Key responsibilities

• Align delivery strategy with the company’s long‑term vision and business goals.
• Lead and mentor a delivery operations team, including Delivery Leads, the Creative Director, and the QA Director.
• Optimise capacity planning, resource management, and pipeline health using data‑driven insights.
• Champion Agile, Lean, and emerging AI practices to improve project profitability, quality, and timelines.
• Manage high‑level escalations and build trust with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery portfolio to ensure financial benchmarks and KPIs are met.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading teams of leaders and embodying principles of positive impact, emotional intelligence, and empowering vision.
• Ability to solve complex problems while balancing strategic and operational needs.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills with senior and C‑suite customers.
• Strong commercial acumen, understanding utilisation, proposals, and statements of work.
• Flexibility to manage multiple high‑stakes client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
