Checkout Operator – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Checkout Operator to join our team at Mitre 10 MEGA in Queenstown. The role involves delivering excellent customer service and handling transactions during store hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer who walks through the doors.
• Operate the checkout, process sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a tidy and organised checkout area.
• Support team members and adapt to busy periods.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
