Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of new offline channels, focusing on Hypermarket and B2B segments. You will be responsible for establishing our presence in target accounts, driving initial sell‑in and sell‑out, and ensuring regional sales and profitability targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, visit, negotiate with, and secure new partnerships with Hyper and B2B clients.
• Create and execute strategies to establish brand presence in target accounts.
• Monitor sell‑through, inventory health, and gross margin achievement across multiple brands.
• Develop innovative in‑store visibility, merchandising, promotions and campaign activation.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align execution and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management or other customer‑facing commercial roles.
• Exposure to consumer electronics, FMCG or retail‑driven industries is preferred.
• Experience working with retail customers or distributors.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Commercial curiosity, eagerness to learn and motivation to grow with the business.
