Change Communications & Engagement Manager

About the role

RBL is seeking an experienced Change Communications & Engagement Manager to bring organisational change to life through clear, engaging, and impactful communications. You will work across a portfolio of transformation projects, shaping a consistent narrative that aligns with the charity’s new 10‑year strategy and supports the Armed Forces community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead communications and engagement activities for major change and transformation projects.
• Develop targeted campaigns that promote understanding, engagement and adoption of change.
• Partner with Change Managers, Project Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver effective engagement plans.
• Shape and maintain a portfolio‑wide transformation narrative that connects projects and their benefits.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to project teams on communication and engagement best practice.
• Identify and manage communication risks, stakeholder concerns and engagement challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change communications, stakeholder engagement and transformation environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, meaningful messages.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including visits to London Haig House.
