Change and Capability Intern

About the role

As a Change and Capability Intern you will join the Wholesale team to support change initiatives and capability uplift across Foodstuffs stores. The role focuses on improving the delivery of change, learning and communication to make them clear, effective and easy to adopt.

Key responsibilities

• Support enhancements to the internal learning repository, improving its structure, usability and accessibility.
• Assist with persona and role‑based mapping across change, learning and communications.
• Simplify and streamline learning materials to ensure consistency and ease of use for stores.
• Develop store communication content and collect feedback to refine messaging.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Management, Operations Management, Psychology, Business Communication or a related field.
• Interest in change management, communication and helping teams adopt new ways of working.
