Casual Service Consultant

About the role

As a Casual Service Consultant in ANZ's Personal Banking portfolio, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch. You will deliver a seamless banking experience, handling transactions, providing advice on digital solutions, and referring customers to specialised sales channels when appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, face‑to‑face customer interactions in line with ANZ service standards.
• Process financial transactions quickly and accurately, using tools such as NBC to understand customer needs.
• Manage cash handling duties, including cash deliveries, repatriation and maintaining appropriate cash levels at the counter.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies, including cash management and transaction procedures.
• Identify potential product opportunities and refer customers to the relevant bank area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and support a positive team environment.

Required profile
