Casual Sales Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Casual Sales Stylist to join its Auckland Airport store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional, brand‑aligned experience to every customer, blending fashion expertise with the company’s commitment to sustainability and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering personalized styling advice and promoting current trends and promotions.
• Drive sales through the Red Tab Loyalty program and suggest outfit combinations that reflect Levi’s® heritage.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and collaborate with management on escalated issues.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong empathy for teammates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise processing, floor set‑up and inventory replenishment.
