Casual Housekeeper

About the role

Oceania is seeking a casual Housekeeper to join the team at Waterford Village in Hobsonville. This position supports the daily cleaning and laundry operations for a vibrant retirement community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of cleaning and laundry services.
• Clean communal areas and residents' living spaces.
• Follow established policies and procedures to keep sites sanitised, safe, and hazard‑free.
• Adapt to a variety of tasks throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safe usage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A friendly, respectful attitude toward residents.
• Attention to detail and a passion for safety.
• Ability to work rostered shifts.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
