About the role

We are seeking a motivated Candidate Resourcer to join our fast‑paced Christchurch office. In this people‑focused position you will source, screen and help onboard top talent for hospitality and food‑service roles, ensuring a great match between candidates and our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Review CVs, shortlist suitable candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Arrange and lead face‑to‑face interviews and candidate inductions.
• Support the placement process and assist with onboarding of successful hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in the hospitality sector (front‑of‑house or back‑of‑house).
• Strong understanding of hospitality roles and the ability to recognise high‑potential talent.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a people‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Confidence using recruitment or scheduling software tools.
