Campus Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join the facilities team at Diocesan School for Girls and keep the Epsom campus operating at its best. You will be responsible for routine preventative maintenance, inspections and timely repairs across a range of building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Perform prompt repairs to maintain a safe, compliant environment in line with health and safety and building code standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, tools, parts and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with the campus team, external contractors and suppliers to ensure reliable facilities services.
• Assist with general facilities tasks, including lifting, ladder work and working in varied environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or facilities maintenance, construction or a related trade environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clear communication.
• Physically fit to undertake manual tasks.
