Campus Administrator & Receptionist (Part‑time)

About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Campus Administrator & Receptionist to join our Wiri campus on a permanent part‑time basis (25 hours per week, Monday‑Friday). As the first point of contact, you will support students, staff and visitors while delivering a range of reception and administrative services in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome students, visitors and staff, manage reception enquiries and answer phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries.
- Support student enrolments, records management and related administration processes.
- Coordinate mail, couriers, stationery and campus supplies.
- Assist with student ID cards and learner administration activities.
- Support campus events such as graduations, open days and industry visits.
Required profile
- Previous experience in administration, reception, retail, hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly approach.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise competing demands.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn new software systems.
