Café Assistant – Part-time Fixed-Term

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Café Assistant to join the team at Elmwood Village in Manurewa on a fixed‑term, part‑time basis. You will work in a vibrant community setting, supporting the daily operations of our café and delivering an exceptional experience for residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in the café.
- Provide high‑standard, friendly customer service to all guests.
- Support general kitchen duties, including cleaning and stock management.
- Continuously learn and develop café‑related skills and knowledge.
Required profile
- Previous experience delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work well in a team‑first environment.
- Full working rights in New Zealand.
Required skills
- Barista skills or relevant qualification.
