About the role
We are looking for a Business Manager to lead an iconic dual‑brand retail operation in Paraparaumu, Wellington. This on‑site, full‑time position offers the chance to work with a well‑known New Zealand brand and drive its continued success.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the dual‑brand retail business.
- Mentor, lead and develop the management team to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Maintain brand standards and deliver a consistent customer experience across sites.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong ability to coach and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
