Business Manager – Customer

About the role

We are looking for a Business Manager – Customer to join Mercury’s Customer division. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will act as a senior commercial and operational influencer, helping to align, execute and monitor performance across the Customer portfolio as the business undergoes a major transformation. The role does not carry direct people‑leadership responsibility but has significant influence across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operating rhythm, governance cadence and performance visibility for the Customer function.
• Support the Chief Customer Officer with integrated business planning, prioritisation and execution across the Customer portfolio.
• Help ensure the Customer business operates as a cohesive, commercially disciplined and strategically aligned unit.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp with a strong ability to work through complexity.
• Motivated by shaping a business during a period of transformation.
• Senior‑level experience in a commercial or operational role.
