Business Development Manager

About the role

The Cosmetic Clinic is expanding rapidly across New Zealand and needs a commercially driven Business Development Manager to partner with franchise owners. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping each clinic improve performance, solve challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as revenue, conversion rates, utilisation and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement practical improvement plans.
• Support the delivery of network growth targets across the franchise network.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees and act as their primary commercial sounding board.
• Provide coaching on sales, conversion, cost control and team productivity.
• Detect under‑performance early, diagnose root causes and drive cross‑functional solutions with marketing, training and operations.

Required profile

• Commercially minded operator with a passion for working closely with people.
• Experience in multi‑site, franchise, retail or service environments.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong coaching and influencing capability.
• Solid understanding of sales, conversion and cost drivers.
