About the role

Public Trust is looking for a Business Development Manager to expand its Corporate Trustee Services business. In this newly created, high‑impact position you will engage senior leaders across the funds management industry, turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships across the funds market to generate new business.
• Manage a pipeline from initial conversation through onboarding and early client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design clear, practical solutions for clients.
• Contribute to pricing, proposals and the positioning of services.
• Stay informed on market trends, key players and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Enjoys meeting people, networking and converting relationships into outcomes.
• Understands the funds or financial services environment, or has worked closely alongside it.
• Motivated, proactive and able to sustain momentum through long sales cycles.
• Strong initiative, good at juggling priorities and thrives in a growth‑focused team.
