Business Development Manager – Corporate FX & Payments

About the role

We are looking for two Business Development Managers to drive growth of our corporate FX and payments solutions across New Zealand. You will own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation with senior finance decision‑makers to closing deals, while working alongside experienced FX dealers who handle the technical structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new corporate clients across all industries.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial outreach to contract signing.
• Build and nurture relationships with CFOs, MDs, Finance Directors and other senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FX specialists to ensure accurate solution design.
• Maintain a personal pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS or financial services.
• Proven ability to engage senior finance stakeholders and close deals.
• Comfortable working independently and building your own pipeline.
• Down‑to‑earth, sharp and people‑oriented attitude.
