About the role

You will engage high‑level discovery conversations with executive prospects and guide qualified candidates into our award‑winning leadership programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional, high‑level discovery conversations with inbound prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads.
• Follow established business systems and methodologies.
• Manage daily pipeline activity using online CRM tools.
• Participate in regular global training, community mentoring, and ongoing professional growth.
• Work autonomously while staying connected to a supportive global community.

Required profile

• Strong, professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Deep passion for mindset, leadership, accountability, and success principles.
• Highly self‑motivated with the discipline to manage your own schedule and work independently.
• Background in sales, executive coaching, recruitment, business development, or customer relations is a strong asset, though not required.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and navigating basic online platforms.
