About the role

This permanent, hybrid‑flexibility position supports business improvement projects within a well‑known organisation. You will lead business analysis across two key AI initiatives, driving process, reporting and data‑quality enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across two AI projects, improving processes, reporting and data quality.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and document business processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable outcomes.
• Identify and roll out AI initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in medium to large organisations.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and map processes.
• Demonstrated experience identifying business process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Recent exposure to AI initiatives, either through implementation or commercial experience.
• Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
