Business Analyst – AI Insights

About the role

Deloitte’s Artificial Intelligence & Data team is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge client needs with cutting‑edge AI solutions. You will help shape AI strategies, support generative AI, intelligent automation, and data portal initiatives while delivering actionable insights through analytics tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct agile business analysis, including story mapping, user‑story creation, acceptance‑criteria definition, and business‑process analysis.
• Scope, design, and obtain approval for business‑system implementations from concept through business‑case approval to delivery.
• Translate complex business concepts into clear documentation and presentations using tools such as Miro and PowerPoint.
• Provide analytics and insights to clients using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure solutions align with client challenges and AI strategy.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of core technology and enterprise‑architecture concepts, including trends in mobility, cloud, digital, and AI.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems logically and present findings to steering committees, executive teams, and boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
