Business Analyst AI Insights

About the role

Deloitte’s Artificial Intelligence & Data team is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge client needs with technical solutions. You will help shape AI strategies, support intelligent automation projects and deliver actionable insights using modern analytics tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform agile business analysis, including story mapping, user‑story creation and acceptance‑criteria definition.
• Analyse and document business processes to support system implementation from concept through business‑case approval.
• Communicate complex concepts and solutions through high‑quality written and oral documentation using tools such as Miro or PowerPoint.
• Provide analytics and reporting using Excel, SQL and PowerBI to solve client business problems.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of core technology and enterprise‑architecture trends (e.g., Cloud, AI, Mobility).
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
