Branch Manager – Invercargill

About the role

Komatsu New Zealand is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Invercargill site. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Southland branch, overseeing service, parts, and product support while ensuring safety, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations across Service, Parts and aftermarket support.
• Drive financial results through effective budgeting, cost control and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the South Island.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Warranty and Corporate Services to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in heavy equipment, construction, mining, transport or industrial sectors.
• Strong operational and commercial management capabilities.
• Track record of managing service, parts or aftermarket operations.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams and achieve performance targets.
