Branch Manager – Hamilton

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Hamilton location. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a high‑volume automotive retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory and compliance.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales and support staff.
• Oversee staff performance, development and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, finance, insurance or customer‑service environments.
• Track record of meeting performance targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is a plus.
