BIM Lead – Architecture

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive architectural BIM delivery across high‑profile projects. Reporting to the Studio Leader, you will ensure design and documentation meet client expectations while championing BIM best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, manage and update Revit models and related documentation with minimal supervision.
• Support the adoption and execution of BIM Execution & Documentation Plans.
• Lead the architectural team in advancing BIM standards and workflows.
• Collaborate with BIM leads on project teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Plan technical content for architectural projects and manage client relationships.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural BIM, including BIM best practice implementation.
• Strong understanding of engineering and building construction principles as they apply to BIM.
• Broad experience across a variety of building types and construction methods.
• Experience with complex integration of construction elements and coordination of building disciplines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit for modelling and data management.
• Expertise in BIM processes, execution plans, and documentation.
