Barista – Join the Starbucks Experience

About the role

Join the Cobra Coffee team and become part of the Starbucks experience. As a barista you will craft high‑quality beverages, serve food items and create genuine connections with customers in a vibrant café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to Starbucks recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following store cash‑handling procedures.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety, security and cleanliness standards are met.
• Support fellow partners during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace for both customers and team members.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and develop coffee knowledge.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
