Banking Consultant – Part‑time at Sylvia Park

About the role

ANZ is looking for a friendly and proactive Banking Consultant to join our Sylvia Park team on a part‑time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with everyday banking tasks and guiding them through simple, yet important, financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with a wide range of banking transactions.
• Listen to each customer’s needs and tailor advice accordingly.
• Introduce and demonstrate digital banking tools in an easy‑to‑understand way.
• Support customers in opening accounts, updating personal details, and exploring new products.
• Follow compliance and security procedures to keep banking safe.
• Collaborate with teammates and celebrate shared successes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus, preferably with retail or service experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital channels.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of compliance requirements.
