Availability Leader

About the role

We are looking for an Availability Leader to drive precise and timely execution of inventory processes across our stores. You will lead the Availability team, ensuring accurate stock counts, effective production planning and price integrity to support our customers nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular shop‑floor walks and stockroom audits to maintain inventory accuracy and complete stocktakes.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader to resolve online order and pricing discrepancies and oversee ticketing accuracy.
• Review and finalise production plans for on‑site departments such as Meat and Bakery to ensure correct output.
• Identify and resolve process‑related issues, perform health checks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and participate in “Better Together” team connections.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Collaborative leadership style with experience delegating, coaching and monitoring team performance.
• Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of tasks and expectations.
• Ability to interpret data insights and take appropriate action.
• Commitment to accountability and alignment with company values.
• Willingness to work four weekend shifts per month, including at least one Saturday, one Sunday and one evening shift.
