Associated Planner, Demand Planning – New Zealand & Australia

About the role
The Associated Planner, Demand Planning will lead demand forecasting, sell‑through analysis and weekly replenishment across e‑commerce, retail and wholesale channels for New Zealand and Australia. You will ensure inventory efficiency and drive strategic planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to brand growth by executing demand and inventory planning processes for the NZ‑Australia market.
- Produce seasonal forecasts at style‑color level and align them with financial plans.
- Develop and validate buy plans for brick‑and‑mortar stores and manage product master data.
- Analyse e‑commerce and wholesale orders, propose corrective actions and coordinate with channel leaders.
- Monitor end‑season inventory targets and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage channel allocation, weekly replenishment and track sell‑in/sell‑out performance.
Required profile
- Responsible, autonomous and results‑driven with a strong business acumen.
- Adaptable communicator who can influence cross‑functional teams.
- Logical thinker with strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Exposure to SAP
- Familiarity with Tableau
