About the role
AECOM is creating a newly established Associate Director position to lead technical delivery of grid‑scale solar projects across New Zealand. The role combines strategic design leadership with cross‑regional collaboration within AECOM’s renewable energy teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for solar generation projects throughout New Zealand.
- Drive the design approach, supported by global and local subject‑matter experts.
- Collaborate with colleagues in New Zealand, Australia and the wider AECOM renewable network.
- Ensure compliance with national grid standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‑quality solar solutions.
