Associate Director, Customer Transformation (Salesforce)

About the role

PWC New Zealand is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join its Customer Transformation team in Wellington. The role blends deep Salesforce expertise with broader enterprise technology knowledge, guiding complex transformation programmes from design through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce and enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using modern APIs.
• Provide technical estimates, oversight and governance across multiple client engagements.
• Drive engineering best practices and bridge business requirements with high‑quality technical solutions.
• Mentor and coach consultants and technical staff, fostering continuous learning.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and support new business development.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex Salesforce and enterprise technology programmes.
• Strong understanding of front‑office business processes and ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding delivery teams, managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes.
