Associate Clinical and Sales Specialist

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Clinical and Sales Specialist to support physicians and EP lab staff in Auckland. The role combines clinical expertise with sales activities to drive adoption of cardiac electrophysiology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted sales strategies to exceed revenue goals and grow market share in cardiac electrophysiology.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to secure key accounts.
• Provide expert clinical support, including case preparation, troubleshooting, and operation of proprietary hardware such as the CARTO® System and RF generator.
• Organise professional training events to accelerate product uptake and improve clinical outcomes.
• Manage consignment stock, expenses and reporting to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead new product introductions and coordinate clinical trials.

Required profile

• Preferred study area: Health Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
• People management experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment.
• Proficiency in using the CARTO® System and associated software modules.
