Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day warehouse and fulfilment operations.
• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing eCommerce order processing.
• Help coordinate inventory movement and maintain stock accuracy.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to team leadership, staff scheduling and on‑site safety compliance.
