About the role
Lam Research is seeking an Assembler to join its Global Operations Group. You will work in a lean‑manufacturing clean‑room environment assembling electronic, electromechanical and mechanical components for wafer fabrication equipment (WFE). The role supports high‑volume production while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow computer‑based instructions, schematics and hand‑tool procedures to assemble and install parts and hardware for WFE.
- Adapt to changing priorities, including rework, to keep production schedules on track.
- Verify part deliveries, perform visual inspections and conduct leak checks as required.
- Participate in audits by checking visual standards and completing checklists.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to PPE, LOTO and other safety policies.
- Communicate production status, completed tasks and improvement ideas to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Less than 1 year of related assembly experience.
- Ability to frequently position oneself (bend, stoop, reach, etc.) and lift items up to 35 lb.
- Capability to distinguish wires by color, size, thickness and markings.
