Arrival Concierge

About the role

As an Arrival Concierge you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel and the last friendly face when they depart. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience that reflects the luxury standards of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and bid farewell to guests at the hotel entrance with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with luggage handling, door opening and provide calm, attentive service.
• Support daily operations of the Concierge department, including lobby services, security functions and valet coordination.
• Maintain lobby presentation, uphold security standards and ensure a polished environment.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to deliver a seamless guest journey.

Required profile

• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Ability to initiate contact and build rapport easily.
• Professional image and strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
