Arrival Concierge

About the role

As the Arrival Concierge you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel and the last friendly face they see on departure. You will create smooth, welcoming transitions while upholding the brand’s luxury standards and ensuring a secure, polished environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the hotel entrance and bid farewell on departure.
• Assist with luggage, open doors, and provide calm, attentive service from the first interaction.
• Support daily operations of the Concierge department, including lobby presentation, valet service, and security functions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the lobby area.
• Collaborate with the Front Office and broader Concierge team to deliver a seamless guest journey.

Required profile

• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Ability to initiate contact and build rapport easily.
• Professional image and strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
