Application Support Analyst – Education Systems

About the role

UP Education is seeking a motivated Application Support Analyst to maintain and support its core business applications, including Student Management Systems (SMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRM platforms. The role blends technical support, incident resolution, system configuration, and project work, offering varied daily tasks and opportunities to develop deep expertise in educational technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, and configuration for SMS, LMS, CRM and related applications.
• Respond to, investigate and resolve service desk tickets within SLA targets.
• Perform data verification and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Create training materials and deliver user training sessions.
• Follow change, incident and problem management processes.
• Identify recurring issues, analyse trends and help reduce ticket volume.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Act as Domain Owner for assigned applications, leading technical escalations and project initiatives.
• Participate in vendor updates, testing, releases, security assessments, license management and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Experience in application support for enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction and user training.
• Ability to manage incidents, changes and problem records.
