AI Video Creator

About the role

We are looking for an AI Video Creator to shape Base360’s visual presence across product launches, ads and social media. In this hands‑on role you will combine storytelling, motion design and the latest AI generation tools to produce compelling video content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video assets including product launch videos, advertisements, short‑form social clips and brand films.
• Leverage AI tools for video, voice, image and music generation (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) to accelerate production.
• Animate and edit footage using motion‑design techniques, kinetic typography and smooth transitions.
• Own projects from concept through final export, pitching ideas, building them and delivering on schedule.
• Produce content for multiple formats: vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all video output.
• Iterate quickly by testing concepts, analysing performance data and scaling successful ideas.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI‑driven creative tools and a passion for staying at the cutting edge.
• Excellent visual taste and an instinct for what feels premium versus cheap.
• Self‑directed and fast‑moving, able to turn rough ideas into polished results without extensive guidance.
• Ability to capture attention within the first three seconds and keep viewers engaged.
