AI Enablement Lead

About the role

Northpower is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the practical, safe, and valuable adoption of artificial intelligence across the organisation. You will work with teams at all levels to build AI capability, confidence, and real‑world application.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI literacy programmes, workshops and training sessions.
• Establish and nurture communities of practice and a network of AI champions.
• Assist teams in identifying AI opportunities, evaluating value and risk, and selecting appropriate tools and platforms.
• Act as an advisor, coach and connector to ensure responsible and consistent AI adoption.
• Measure success through capability growth, team confidence and business value generated.

Required profile

• Background in digital transformation, change management, consulting, innovation, analytics or technology advisory.
• Proven experience leading organisational change, capability uplift or adoption programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Comfort operating in fast‑changing environments.
