AI Data Trainer – Computer Engineering

About the role

Alignerr is seeking a specialist to train advanced AI models on computer engineering topics. You will design challenging hardware‑focused problems, create precise reference solutions, and evaluate AI‑generated code to improve model reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex engineering challenges covering RISC‑V/ARM architectures, FPGA development, memory management, and hardware‑software co‑design.
• Produce step‑by‑step ground‑truth solutions, including assembly snippets, HDL code, and architectural diagrams.
• Audit AI‑generated outputs (C/C++, Verilog, VHDL, OS kernels) for technical accuracy, efficiency, and standards compliance.
• Identify logical flaws such as race conditions, memory leaks, or timing errors and provide structured feedback to refine model reasoning.

Required profile

• Master’s (or PhD) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science with a hardware focus, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture, embedded systems, digital logic design, or operating systems.
• Excellent analytical writing skills to convey low‑level hardware concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail for bit‑level operations and clock‑cycle timing.
• Prior experience with data annotation or quality evaluation is a plus.
