Agricultural Parts Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused, customer‑driven Agricultural Parts Manager to lead our Hampshire parts operations across the Alton and Winchester depots. Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, you will be responsible for driving parts sales, delivering exceptional service and managing inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the parts teams at Alton and Winchester, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Deliver first‑class parts service to retail, trade and internal customers via counter, telephone and digital channels.
• Own commercial performance – monitor sales, margins, stock turn and working capital, and apply consistent pricing and promotions.
• Maintain accurate stock records, oversee stocktakes, cycle counts and variance investigations.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure product availability and excellent service levels.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and depot management to support workshop productivity and achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager, Parts Supervisor or senior Parts Advisor in agricultural, automotive, construction or similar environments.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded with a track record of meeting sales and profitability targets.
