Activities Coordinator – Aged Care

About the role
We are seeking an Activities Coordinator to join CHT Healthcare Trust in Epsom, Auckland. The role supports our aged residential care residents by planning, organising and delivering engaging activities that promote wellbeing and social interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily and weekly activities for residents.
- Coordinate with care staff to ensure activities align with residents’ needs.
- Maintain activity resources and equipment.
- Monitor participation and gather feedback to improve programmes.
Required profile
- Commitment to providing quality, affordable care for older people.
- Ability to work within a not‑for‑profit aged care environment.
