Accounts Payable & Payroll – Part-time

About the role

Altitude Tours is seeking a diligent professional to manage day‑to‑day accounts payable and payroll functions across all business units. This part‑time, on‑site position in Queenstown offers the chance to contribute to the financial health of a dynamic tourism company.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger entries.
• Prepare and execute payroll runs for all staff, including tax withholdings and superannuation.
• Respond to internal queries regarding invoices and payroll matters.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities related to AP and payroll.

• Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and employees.
