About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Accounts Assistant to join Datamars in Mount Wellington. The role is hybrid, offering 16 hours of work across three days each week with one day working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including posting transactions and maintaining ledgers.
- Carry out bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Administer and support the company’s ERP system, handling data entry, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Assist the finance team with ad‑hoc reporting and month‑end close activities.
Required profile
- Available to work a flexible 16‑hour schedule across three days per week.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement, including one remote day.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple finance tasks.
