Accounts Assistant – Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for a capable Accounts Assistant with 2‑3 years of experience to join our busy finance team. You will support day‑to‑day finance operations, focusing on accounts payable, reconciliations, commission processing and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end accounts payable processing, including supplier invoice management and payment execution.
• Processing commission payments and performing related reconciliations.
• Conducting bank reconciliations and supporting month‑end closing activities.
• Managing employee expense and corporate credit‑card transactions.
• Maintaining accurate financial and transactional records across systems.
• Responding to finance‑related queries from internal stakeholders.
• Providing general finance administration and team support.

Required profile

• 2–3 years’ experience in an accounts assistant, accounts payable, accounts administrator or similar finance support role.
• Proven ability to process high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong reconciliation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
